  1. I just finished reading the previews for next week on Corrie.net - it never ceases to amaze me how they can write scripts for every character we haven't seen lately and still have them arguing with every other character. Looks like there is nobody left on the street with any sense of dignity or just plain humour.

  2. Anonymous 14;37,I agree with your comments and it's a shame that the gentle humor that Corrie was known for is gone.
Now that she thinks Alex could be her husband's son with Nessa,I hope Cathy doesn't manipulate Roy [who seems to still miss Hayley],into giving Alex money for one of Phelan's 'flats'.

  3. I'm sure Cathy giving money to Alex for one of the never-to-be flats will be next, along with maybe a few more residents on the street -
    the misery never ends

  4. Do people on Coronation Street never use solicitors to do property searches and make enquiries? I'm hoping that Todd eventually regrets getting involved and shops Phelan to the police.

  5. I'm hoping this is Todd stringing Phelan along - I don't buy this 'return to the dark side'. He swore he'd bring Phelan down, so I don't see him getting into (figurative) bed with him for real. When will the writers realise, motiveless villainous Todd is uninteresting and psychologically unconvincing. Yes when he's with Billy, or even Tracy, he's great.
