ReplyDeleteI've just read this too. Well, he is exiting the show, but not for the reasons people thought
ReplyDeleteAnon, that should mean a quick end to the affair story ...... Good!
ReplyDeleteI had been feeling a bit sorry for the actor for having been given a bit of a rum deal. Not so much anymore. It will call on all the writers' creativity though to write him out. However, they managed pretty seamlessly with him what played Tommy Duckworth in a similar "immediate sacking" situation. And the Michael Le Vell/ Bill Roach off screen issues also had to be dealt with mid storylines.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure if they're stuck at first for a storyline, they could use the old favourite of the "visiting sick relative abroad" which would give them a bit of time to come up with a more permanent solution
DeleteI think he will just run off with Sonia.
ReplyDeletehow vey disappointing in the man - I was hoping that Corrie would keep him around even after the scandal of his affair with Sonia would come to light - not now - I'm glad he has been ditched - how can one person think so highly of themselves that they need to dish out dirt on other people - I bet he will have a hard time finding any other acting jobs at this point. Stupid bigot.
ReplyDeleteWell, Bollywood and Hollywood sure won't come calling for him. He must have been savagely angry at something that happened to him to post such an ugly, hateful comment. It is unacceptable.
