  1. Here we go; weeks of fraught histrionics from Sean. I haven't even seen these scenes yet and I already want to slap him! Looking forward to seeing Phelan thwarted though, and Todd getting his measure.

  2. Is it just a soap thing or are funerals often held weeks after the death in the UK? This seems to happen a lot in Corrie.

  4. A funeral is normally a week to a fortnight later here.

  5. I'm also not looking forward to Sean's 'woe is me'act for weeks.
I wonder wouldn't it also be in Todd's best interest to keep quiet?
Since he did lie to the police, surely he could be arrested for
    perjury or obstruction of justice.

  6. It never ceases to amaze me - the elaborate funerals corrie characters have. The majority of them never step foot inside a church - yet they have the church packed full of people? Where do they come up with the money? David wouldn't have it. Is Audrey paying for everything? Unbelievable.

  7. That is a tremendously unflattering photo of Kylie. Agreed that it is ridiculous that these characters would hold funerals and weddings in churches they NEVER otherwise attend. You'd think they'd have more registry office, community centre, funeral home weddings and funerals.

The whole revenge on Robert and his Bistro failure is as tedious to anticipate as Sean's histrionics.

  9. Is there some sort of law in England that the deceased's name must be spelled out in flowers? I think every Corrie funeral has had that.
