Pat Phelan shortlisted as Villain of the Year

Connor McIntyre, who plays Pat Phelan, has been shortlisted for the British Soap Awards as Villain of the Year.

As this isn't available on the British Soap Awards website for fans to vote on, I guess it means it's a panel decision and the results will be announced on the night.  We can vote for Best Soap Actor, Best Soap Actress and Best Soap - vote here.

Connor took to twitter to express his delight:
