  5. Ugh, the thought of Eileen and anyone is revolting enough, let alone Eileen and Phelan. She's such a nasty cow...and always wondering why men never stick around!
I am almost hoping that Michael will go back to Gail...at least that's good for a laugh.

  8. It feels like history is about to repeat itself. Looks like Phelan will dupe Jason and the builders yard will be all his....

I'm not a fan of Jason but I was hoping he would have a better send off. As for Eileen, she can leave and all. Nasty woman. That's the thing about this show I don't like. Neighbors don't believe each other and would rather believe a stranger who just moved in the cobbles. Eileen has done it before (Tyrone an abuser really?) I really hope he bankrupts her and she leaves with a tail between her legs....

  9. I also hope Phelan takes both Eileen and Jason[who changed the locks on Tyrone's house on his mother's and Kirsty's say so] to the cleaners while Gail and Michael are happily re-united.

  10. That shot of Eileen and Phelan quite honestly makes my stomach curdle. But then I suppose they've both turned into miserable, lying, thieving twits so they both deserve each other. Do we all remember that not long ago Eileen was trying to force Michael to commit B&E for her?

Anna had an affair, Anna was blackmailed into sex, Anna is a nutter, Anna is a victim... who cares? Enough already, it's all so damned dull.

Rana seems like a high maintenance bunny boiler. Mark my words.

Is that Gail's look of glee? I thought it was her usual pursed lips of simpering idiocy. Her and the sniveling Michael are bound to get back together and no doubt this will lead to digging up Callum's corpse. They too are a well-suited pair.

I am genuinely surprised that Rita voted for Sally rather than Norris. I figured that she might not vote or spoil her vote so that she didn't have to choose sides. I suppose Sally is a lot more industrious than Norris but I think they may be closer in their business sense, no? I've never really thought of Norris as being good or bad at business as we don't ever seem to explore him much as the owner of the Kabin.

  11. I'm sorry but when Michael fell down the stairs at the 'yard' I laughed out loud! It was like Goofy in a cartoon. Phelan: 'you put the Pratt in Prat-fall' ahahahaha!

  12. I love Christine K's avatar - Fizgig from The Dark Crystal! (I think)
I also am disappointed in this storyline. I hope that's not the ending the writers have in mind for Jason. He's been on he show so long he deserves a decent send off.
Eileen, well, Phelan can have her!

I agree with Anon above about Rana - the word 'man-eater' comes to mind.

I haven't seen the episode yet, but I wonder why Rita wouldn't just keep it to herself who she voted for? A vote is supposed to be private.
