Preview of tonight's Coronation Street - Weds 23 March

Wednesday 23rd March
SARAH’S SHOCKED BY AN UNEXPECTED VISITOR David and Kylie worry about Sarah. As Todd and Bethany sit with her, the mood is soured by the arrival of Marion, following a tip-off by Gemma. Enraged, Sarah demands that Marion stay away from her and the baby and throws her out. Bethany starts to worry that Callum might show up now that Marion’s in the know but Sarah insists that won’t be happening. Todd informs David and Kylie about Sarah’s extreme reaction to Marion. As Sarah announces she’s calling the baby Harry, David and Kylie urge her to relax.
EVA AND AIDAN GET DOWN TO BUSINESS Carla arrives at the factory to help fix the O’Driscoll mess. Aidan reminds her she’s leaving in two months and that he should be the one to save Underworld. When Eva overhears Sally and Beth blaming her do-gooding for the mess, Eva arrives at the factory to help Aidan drum up business and suggests ringing former customer Dave Hanlon. Aidan thinks it’s a waste of time but Eva won’t take no for an answer. Eva successfully sets up a meeting with Hanlon for next week. Aidan’s impressed and they kiss passionately, reunited at last.
MICHAEL CONSIDERS HIS FUTURE Michael arrives at No.8 with a gift for the baby. He breaks the news to Gail that he is thinking of leaving Weatherfield. Gail hopes to change his mind.
ELSEWHERE Sally nags Tim to creosote their garden fence, pointing out that now she’s a councillor, she has a reputation to maintain. Tim moans to Tyrone who offers to do the garden fence for him. Carla tells Michelle she is letting go of the factory. Michelle is packing to visit Steve in Spain so Carla suggests a farewell drink later.

  1. I don't know Doris..m I wanted to cast a spell on the writers to just cut out Tracey Barlow and send her to the girly big house after she assaults and batters Norris with 2 dozen of of telefloras best thorny roses... And it just hasn't come true.

  2. If the writers put the above into a storyline, it would be roundly ridiculed and denounced as in no way reflecting real life. It takes all sorts ...
I'll shut up now, lest I find myself transformed into a toad ...

  4. For what it's worth,I feel sorry for Marion who I believe has the right to see her new grandson as she does with Max.It's not the first time that Sarah played 'keep away'with her children, she and her mother wouldn't allow the Fearns to see Bethany nor would she let Todd see their son Billy out of spite.I'm also losing my sympathy for David,Kylie and Sarah who are playing a sick game letting Marion believe her son is alive but hiding when they know the truth.
I'm very disappointed but not surprised by the lack of support for Eva who was helping Marta, the O'Driscolls''slave particurely by 'councilwoman'Sally .I hope Billy tells Sean a few home truths!
