Why?? I don't understand the need to bring him back with Owen no longer around. Aside of prior relationship with Anna and Gary, what possible damage could he create unless he is targeting Jason to take over the yard with his pending departure??
ReplyDeleteYes!!! Owen might not be around but Gary is and there's definitely acrimony between those two. Stephen that's a good idea, having Phelan trying to take over the builder's yard. He was such a great villain!
ReplyDeleteUgh...evil...maybe he and Anna will magically fall in love and he will take her away forever!
ReplyDeleteIt would be great if Anna had Liz' chutzpah. Revenge would make her feel so much better about the past incident.
ReplyDeletePhelan was the best baddie ever, probably because the actor is absolutely brilliant.
ReplyDeleteIs this a guest stint or is he returning as a regular?
ReplyDeleteGreat....he is a very strong character....a stellar believable 'baddie'!! Looking forward to his new storyline!
ReplyDeleteNot surprising. That storyline was a dangling thread, it was never really resolved. I think Anna's one-night stand will be revealed and Alya will have a few choice words to say. I thought Anna was very hypocritical, the way she savaged Alya -- glass houses, stones and all that.
ReplyDeleteI'm not keen on any storyline that gives Anna centre stage.
ReplyDeleteAh! Corrierules has an excellent point! Alya was drunk and made a mistake, whilst Anna slept with Phelan of her own choice. Under duress for sure, but she made the decision. I hope Alya does get her digs in...and I rather think she 'dodged a bullet' as I wouldn't want Anna for a mother in law!
ReplyDeleteThis will be interesting for sure. Phelan makes my skin crawl, which means he's doing his job well. Definitely a believable baddie.
