David Neilson to star in theatre play with Chris Gascoyne

David Neilson, who plays Roy Cropper in Coronation Street, is starring in a stage play early in 2016.

David will be starring on stage alongside Chris Gascoyne, who plays Peter Barlow.  The pair are starring in Endgame, Beckett’s absurd and macabre play.

I would love to see this play in either venue, the talent of these two men, working together for a live audience will be a joy to watch.

The play will run from 4 Feb 2016 to 20 Feb 2016 at the Citizens Theatre in Glasgow and then from Thu 25 Feb 2016 – Sat 12 Mar 2016 at HOME in Manchester.

Thu 25 Feb 2016 – Sat 12 Mar 2016
Thu 25 Feb 2016 – Sat 12 Mar 2016

  1. If I were sitting in the audience, I wonder if my mind would see two actors in a compelling performance, Roy and Peter doing a play, or my friends onstage. Break a leg, boys.

  3. It never ceases to amaze me how artistic some of the actors on Corrie St really are. And then again, some not so much!!!

  5. The show will miss David - presumably it will mean a 3-4 month break.
