CARLA DELIVERS THE SHOCKING TRUTH. When Carla is called as witness, she describes Peter’s affair with Tina, and is cross-examined by Peter’s barrister. Carla is taken aback, and tells the court that she does not believe Peter is capable of murder, leading Peter to believe that she is still in love with him.
ROY MAKES A HEARTBREAKING DECISION. After a group of teenagers attempt to vandalise Tina’s memorial, Roy confides in Anna about how much he misses Hayley, who encourages him to try and move on. Roy plans to scatter Hayley’s ashes in Blackpool with Tyrone and his family.
STEVE STONEWALLS AFTER THE TRIAL. Steve becomes increasingly isolated, he ignores Eileen’s calls and she finds him listening to music in his cab – is he seeking refuge from the outside world?
Elsewhere Todd is doing a poor job of looking after Rob and Tracy’s shop while they’re in court.

Wow, how "random" that vandals attempt to mess with Tina's grave marker just when Roy becomes aware of it. Lame.
ReplyDeleteTodd being useless again - quelle surprise. Its getting very old now. How he managed to work in a London solicitors is beyond me.
ReplyDeleteYes, Todd is past his expiry date. He is useless and we don't need yet another storyline of him screwing over someone else. He needs to go.4960
ReplyDeleteWhen Todd returned it was exciting and interesting to know what he has been up to since leaving. Todd is not played out and acting like a spoiled child who needs attention. Time for the Demise of The Todd Grisham Show.
ReplyDeleteShould say Todd is 'now' played out...
DeleteWhy haven't the writers filled in the storyline gaps to at least try and explain Todd's complete personality transplant? Or are we expected to erase our earlier memories and pretend he has always been a vain, conniving pillock?
ReplyDeleteWe've been told that we'll find out what happened to Todd in London to change his personality. Does anyone care anymore? His return should have been very short-term with him leaving at the same time as Marcus.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Humpty. At this point, there is nothing they could reveal about Todd's London past that would make me feel any empathy or understanding for him. I simply don't care. They have made him so despicable with no redeeming qualities whatsoever....a lazy backstabber, user and pathological liar. In real life, NO ONE would give him the time of day. He just needs to go.
