Jenny Bradley to return to Coronation Street?

Sally Ann Matthews, the actress who played Jenny Bradley, is in talks to return to Coronation Street, says The Daily Star.

And Digital Spy reports that a Corrie insider has confirmed to them that the story is true, she is in talks, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

If it is true, I wonder what brings Jenny back to see Rita?

    Let me guess,Jenny needs money and goes to her surrogate 'mum' Rita for help?I'm not looking forward to a rehashing of Tina storylines in which she conned and manipulated Rita to get her way.

    Jenny returned in 1993 after Rita's money and she got £1000. I'm intrigued...

    She was a pretty horrible character so I recall, we don't need any more of those thanks with Rita crying again and being conned out of more of her bottomless pit of spare cash.

    Cilla's coming back soon, this month I think. Then there's Todd, of course. Maybe he's only bringing back selfish, money-grabbing characters?

    Whatever Jenny's reason, it will give Rita a storyline. I just wish they had brought Mavis back instead as it would seem more likely.
