That's one for the books: little miss hoity-toity ex heroin hooker snotty nosed Leanne in the kebab shop.
ReplyDeleteI really hope we are not going to have Dierdre lighting up non stop amongst that backdrop of thart lovely scenery! I find her constantly fagging it quite revolting.
ReplyDeleteI think it's quite funny. Deirdre is even less likely to enjoy the great outdoors than Ken!
ReplyDeleteLeave it to Ken to think some kind of Walden escape would improve either of their situations.
ReplyDeleteI see the writers are digging deep into the realm of the unbelievable, now. Andrea is hardly worth all this fuss, despite the pleasure of seeing Lloyd and Steve in comedic action.
Leanne has sufficient experience and skills that she'd be able to find something more suitable off the Street - cue Dev and Leanne hooking up soon.
And, who in their right mind would leave their child with Maddie and Sophie?? Besides, isn't Sophie too busy working at the corner shop to tag along all the time?
I thought Chesney ran the kebab shop now. Have I missed something?

I admire Leeanne's courage to work in the kehab shop.Unlike Gail who's a cleaner for her son and in the gym, at least Leeanne doesn't think she's aboveanyne else and simply wants to earn a honest wage.
ReplyDeleteRight on, Anonymous 21:42!! If there was a job available, neither Gary nor Owen was able to swallow enough pride to get it; good on you, Leanne. These days when you lose your job, it's sadly normal that you should expect to take a step or two down the ladder at your next one. Should be interesting, if written correctly, to see new manager Chesney directing Leanne and her years of restaurant experience.
ReplyDeleteI guess he was deeply affected by his stay in Canada - camping, Ken, really? Looking forward to spending time with Deirdre sans Tracy.
It would be nice if Peter would FINALLY give up drinking, Rob would go down for Tina's murder,(leaving little miss saucy-pants Tracey alone...again) and Todd would finally get blamed and punished for his greediness.
