Corrie cast taking part in Triathlon today

Today is the day for the Salford Triathlon to take place. Thousands of spectators are also expected to watch the race which takes place around Salford Quays and MediaCity.

Among those taking part are a team from Coronation Street, including Ian Puleston-Davies (Owen Armstrong), Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw) and Krissi Bohn (Jenna Kamara), who are raising money for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at St Mary's hospital in Manchester.
