So after a couple of minor disagreements that happen in all relationships, Izzy declares that she and Garrah "dont get on anymore" - bit different to their earnest entreaties when they wanted a bey bey not so long ago. Fed up with the Windbags taking centre stage ALL the time, there are other character you know Mr Blackburn!!!

  3. It's a good thing Tina isn't here to see the Gary & Izzy breakup from nowhere. Ugh, ever since the Windasses showed up, it's been one horror after another. Cheating Joe then stealing his tools, Big Bad Uncle Len, blah blah blah, we lost the baby, we need a baby now (we can't afford a chicken but we must have a baby now), lets smother the surrogate mother, get rich quick with our friend Phelan.

This is short attention span family. If they break up without a 2nd thought, thats no surprise. They were living together before they knew each other's middle names. Just leave already. Gary is broken and beyond repair or redemption. Can't. Stand. Anna! Just don't care about Katy or Owen, and they've been around long enough so we should. Izzy is kind of dull but has some friends from work, and the challenges of a single wheelchair bound mom would be something new. Okay, Owen can stay to be granddad, but only if he's humbled down into one of Jason's crew.

    Stepping off soapbox.

  4. So Max is to be a disruptive child. Quite a transformation from that angelic little creature he's been for the last three years. One scene of him upsetting a chess game in the café is NOT adequate preparation to prepare the ground for this development. Does anyone else agree Corrie all too often simply TELLS viewers that someone or something has changed, instead of investing time showing us these things developing gradually? Gary & Izzy's relationship would be another case in point. Let's face it, there are enough episodes churned out to allow of a few short scenes over a period of weeks to illustrate these developments.
