Gut reactions, in order:
ReplyDeleteLuv ya, but this has gone on way too long. Bye bye.
That's a shame
Who cares.
No he doesn't, but he's still not in his right mind.
Get real. That's Norris' place now.
Who cares (unless it deters her hovering)
Isn't it a bit soon???
HALLELUJA!!!!! (granted I'd have preferred for him to walk out on her, but he has such a soft spine. just as long as they're done. pleeeeeeeeze go to Ireland)
Well I'm so excited for all week of corrie this is where and why they win all these awards because of the amazing story lines and the amazing actors & actresses that are in corrie I still think it's the best soap on tv there's nothing even comes close to corrie so I would just like to finish & say well done to the corrie team on all the awards they won I'm so proud to be a corrie fan & I watched it when it first come on telly in b/w way back then 😄 love to you all from me xxx
ReplyDeleteDon't tell me the killer is Rob. He has an opportunity to finish off Tina at the hospital just like Karl and Tracy did.
ReplyDeleteGail with a burglar? That's a come down from serial killers. HAH.
ReplyDeleteI am disappointed they opted for a Carla losing the baby storyline. I guess she would have been as a bad as a mother she feared; but I liked that she began loving the idea of being a "Mummy".
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about Carla losing the baby but lets face it this pregancy was never destined to go ahead. Dont think I can stand the usual drawn out scenes around a hospital bed at Weathy General when we all know what the outcome is going to be. Michelle of course returns to be all dynamic at the faktray folding her arms there instead of the Rovers. Just get rid she has well had her time in Corrie.

ReplyDeleteTwo things I'm not looking forward to - the first being Michelle lording it over Steve yet again. The second being Katy taking the moral high ground with Anna. Urgh to both.
Alan Taylor, you are a breath of fresh air! We tend to complain a lot about the writers, the story lines etc...but you are right. It is the best soap on TV. I am looking forward to the upcoming episodes actually. Lately because of this Tina/Peter/Carla affair, we have seen some great acting from Alison King and Chris Gascoyne. Some of their scenes have been riveting. For me, except for Maddie & Sophie, I'm OK with most of the show. Yes, they've re worked themes and there is way too much cheating and some characters are annoying, but I will NEVER stop watching!!
ReplyDeleteJudging from the picture, Rita doesn't seem too concerned about Carla being in distress. I hope Rita is not giving Carla a hard time over what happened to Tina thus resulting in Carla suffering a miscarriage?
ReplyDeleteGraeme,I agree with your post as both Michelle's and Katy's reactions will be hyporcritical, Katy for cheating on Chesney with Ryan and Michelle for condoning her brother Liam's [who was married to Maria] affair with Carla and which led to him being murdered.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing the photo, the first question that comes to mind is why no one is on their mobile calling for help instead of standing around Carla?I also think it's a bit contrived for Rita to witness Carla's distress.
