Unexpected Hayley moment at the end made me bawl...
ReplyDeleteMe too, Annie and the clip of Betty asking for the kettle! What a lovely touch bringing Betty and Blanche both into it as well.
ReplyDeleteLived the bit where they brought betty and Blanche were brought to live I can just here Blanche with her horrible remarks and the bit were eva got the wrong song and the bit with hayley in at the end made a tear come to my eye
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this. Isn't Peter handsome? He looked really good.
ReplyDeleteI don't think there's a singer amongst the actors, and I found the song sort of dreary, but I really enjoyed seeing them doing their bit, and it was lovely to see them acknowledge Blanche and Betty.
Quite a few of the characters probably won't be present for next year's Xmas special; glad to have seen this.
Who were the 3 people in the booth at the end?
ReplyDeleteI know it's all in a good cause, and there were some cute moments, but what kept popping into my head was the line "Don't give up your day job".
ReplyDeleteI thought it was brilliant and there were some very good singers especially Kylie and Leanne. Well done all of you!
ReplyDeleteFizz has a lovely voice. Would have been nice to include Roy at end. well done by all.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 22 December 2013 00:49: How on earth can you not know who those three people were in the booth at the end???? Shane MacGowan, the original singer of Fairytale of New York perhaps???? I loved that, it was a wonderful touch at the end. RIP Kristy MacColl. :'(
