Anyone else spot the resemblance of Steve McDonald in his tea-cosy hat to the Coronation Street battleaxe Ena Sharples, last night? No? Oh, just me then.
Simon Gregson on twitter said this about his hat: "Tea cozy hat was worn so I could get a hair cut with out getting stuck in continuity plus I keep sandwiches in it"

With all the other problems with continuity, Steve's hair seems like the least of their problems. Still, I guess we should be glad that someone on that staff is taking their job seriously.
ReplyDeleteI was trying to think of who that reminded me of!!!
ReplyDeleteI actually thought Stevie looked like he was dressing totally appropriately for a very cold February March up North. Much more credible than St Ella, Michelle and Eva flouncing around in sleeveless tops and low cut numbers.
ReplyDeleteYup. Ena Sharples used to keep sandwiches under her hairnet.
ReplyDeleteHilarious! I didn't see it, but yep it's Ena!
ReplyDeleteHair transplant spring to mind
ReplyDeleteThis made my night!!! TV Gold.
