Brooke Vincent is interviewed in today's Star where she reveals that romance will be on the cards for Sophie Webster on Coronation Street early next year.
She says: “I can’t reveal whether her relationship will be with a new character
or an existing member of the street but it will be with another girl.”
And Brooke also squashed rumours that she’s moving into a flat with
fellow Corrie actor Michelle Keegan, who plays Tina McIntyre.
“No way!”
says Brooke. “Her dog hates me. She has a chihuahua who keeps trying to
bite me. But I do stay at her flat after nights out.”

Please, not Eva! Weren't there some rumblings, before she arrived, that the character was a lesbian? Why doesn't Sophie go to university miles away and meet a lovely person there.
ReplyDeleteJenna? A bit old for Sophie but not that far out of the picture. I can see them getting close over the physical therapy
ReplyDeleteIt's Marcus Dent. After boinging Maria, Marcus is unable to reconcile being gay with being attracted to women so turns lesbian. For a time he lives as crossdresser (Marcus/Marcia) and then, after a chat with Hailey in the Caf', has the snip. But Maria is unable to accept his transition so he seeks out local lesbo Sophie, thereby tying in several unsuccessful past plots.
ReplyDeleteOh goodie, I've missed Sophie so... I can hardly wait until she's the focus of more storylines... Although I suppose Jenna is an option, since their not likely to travel too far afoot to find her a love interest.
ReplyDeleteI think it's going to be Jenna too..Sophie has to have a physical therapist so...just sayin'.
ReplyDeletePoor chihuahua, just can't understand Brook saying "down, boy".
ReplyDeleteWow I cant believe it I bet i know who the next lover is!!! Yayay cant wait till they reveal:))))
