Corrie's not on next till Monday 18 June - so watch this instead

As the next episode of Coronation Street isn't on until Monday 18 June because of the football, get your laughing gear round this. I know we've blogged it before but it's wonderful and deserves another viewing.  It's the Victoria Wood spoof of Coronation Street. "What's to do, Ena?"

    You've a chip on your shoulder that big, Jackson's chippy couldn't come up wit'vinegar! If Ms Wood wrote an episode, what a gem that would be.

    I can remember one version of Peter Barlow who did come back with a Scottish accent, he must've been about 12 if I remember correctly :-) I think he was played by that little Scottish actor who was one of Rab C. Nesbitt's mates in later years.
