As she reveals it was Rick who pushed her dad to his death and now he's led to wolf right back to their door Tommy's mortified. Gleaning that Rick won't leave them alone till he's got his money Tommy asks Terry what he proposes to do next. But when he reveals his plan to get Rick off their backs both Tommy and Tina are aghast. Will they agree to his crazy scam?

KARL AND SUNITA EMBARK ON AN AFFAIR. When Karl turns up Sunita's, admitting he needs her as she's the only one who understands him, Sunita's flattered. Unable to resist temptation they fall into a passionate clinch. As Sunita wonders if this is another 'one-off' what will Karl say?

When did Tommy's inheretance become THEIR money. Tina has been with Tommy all of 5 minutws and if Tommy wants to give it to his dad Terry, its up to him. She really is the most annoying mardy cow, just kept in because she is "sexy". So shallow.

  2. First something positive ey Frosty? - looking forward to drunky David (who else is really starting to love that character now? Institution!)also Kirsty in Underworld should be entertaining... Kirsty v Carla, v Beth, v Sally... good TV.
    But....
I'm upset that Corrie has 2 storylines that make my skin crawl and make me feel uncomfortable, offending even my (occasionally criminally liberal) morals. Paul is married- his poor wife is ill. Sunita and Karl have no chemistry and there is a real feeling of sleaze around their scenes. It's really unpleasant to watch.

Do people agree or am I being silly? I do know it's not real :) bit still this show is too important and it's not supposed to make me feel sick and sleazy.

The reason Tommy won't go to the police is because the cops are useless. Rick would just be let out anyway and would just hound them even more. Him hounding Joe to the death hasn't exactly kept him in prison. Its probably why some people are hesitant to go to the police because the criminal would get off anyway.

  4. Yes I agree Mrs Barton. I can't really explain why, but there is something so unbelievable about Sunita playing the vamp. The scenes between her and Karl do turn my stomach. Eileen and Paul are boring together and the whole story is very silly. It's as if Lesley just exists to spoil their "fun".

I also agree with Frosty. When Tina was meant to be nice yesterday, she sounded nasty. She and the writers should look up "feisty" in a dictionary. The lap dancing club story was good, until it had to be ruined by complete nonsense about loan sharks.

I very much hope the Paul and Eileen story is coming to an end. It had the makings of a modern tragedy, but it was ruined by pairing Eileen with someone with whom she has no on-screen chemistry, the story moved too fast and the biggest turn-off was the canoodling almost next to Lesley. Utterly revolting. Equally off-putting is Karl and Sunita. When he grabbed her bum last night, I had to look away.

  6. Sleazy bum-grabbing by Karl....eeeuuwww! The flat doors seem to be 10 inches across the street from one another, yet Sunita thinks by loudly saying to Karl has he come over to discuss Stella's shift changes, that people won't notice Karl has been inside for quite a while. That street is one street in the world where nothing goes un-noticed. I also hope the Eileen/Paul story is coming to an end - I just want to smack his face....in fact he gives me the creeps.
