Ryan Connor will return after he has been kicked out of Glasgow University, and he will be carrying a dark secret that will force Michelle to fight tooth and nail to get him back on the straight and narrow.
Rob is fresh out of prison, he pairs up with Ryan and teaches him about family loyalty. This is quite an exciting development, I've always loved the Connor clan, so to see them come back with fighting spirit is great!
Actor Sol Heras will be playing the new Ryan Connor, previously having appeared in Rock Rivals and Hollyoaks Later.
Anyone know why Ben Thompson, who played the old Ryan Connor, isn't returning?

Poor old Michelle's going to be very confused. First her son was swapped at birth with another baby and now he comes back from uni as someone else.

This sounds like a reworking of Uncle Len and Gary Windass. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
ReplyDeleteThe Connors did grow up closely with the Donovans though, so it's no surprise Rob is close to Ryan, especially after his dad and both his uncles died
