"Free Fiz Stape" campaign launched

There's a campaign online that's just been launched to get Fiz Stape out of prison and back on Coronation Street.

  1. Oh please keep her in jail with no parole while she learns to act!

I think it should take a good 10 year stretch and then let her out, but with no expectation of a return to Corrie!

  2. Speaking of jailbirds, wasn't Tracy's release only supposed to be temporary? My sagging brain is thinking there was a technicality in her conviction that was going to be revisited by the courts. Has it already been settled and lost in the mountain of recent nonsense, is it another dropped storyline, or am I having a brain fart?

We saw Tracy plan and execute Charlie's murder, but she's free. Fiz is locked up for suspicion? I hate these inconsistencies.

  3. Wasn't there a campaign to free Diedre at one time when she was banged up...can't remember what for though..before my time.
I hope Fiz does confront John at some point so she can kick him in the gonads.

Just leave her locked up, for as long as possible.

Never did like fiz and her quivering lip. Yuk!

  5. I'm really sorry now I didn't buy a 'Free the Weatherfield 1" when Deidre was jailed- they've recycled the story so many times, I'd have had my money's worth by now! Ridiculous even for a make believe little street!!!

  6. I would prefer she stay in jail.

  7. Thing is, Fiz did actually do it. She might not have been party to any of the deaths, but she DID take Joy Fishwick's money under false pretences, and she did help John dispose of the body. She should be punished for that at least!

The usual t-shirt comes out. They did it originally for the Weatherfield One - Dierdre and then Gail, who would actually wear something like this?

  9. I wouldn't have known it WAS Fizz on the t-shirt unless you had said. Love the song though!

  10. Unlike when there was the "Free The Weatherfield One" campaign for Deirdre, I highly doubt that this will be brought up in Parliament. I used to love Fiz, but she's just become a whining cause for irritation and her character no longer has as much depth as it used to.

  11. I cant believe you are all being so negative, Fiz is great and as for the song I just cant stop singing it, makes me smile every time I hear it. Give the poor girl a break.
