Without any piffle, here's the storyline for the week ahead on Coronation Street, all wrapped up nicely in 50 words or less.
Week of Monday 28 February – Friday 4 March


Becky confesses to the Alahans, David tells Gail he’s engaged to Candy from Tenerife and they’re getting wed in three weeks - but Candy turns out to be Kylie, Tracy taunts Becky behind the bar and Frank Foster turns nasty in Underworld.

    Yeah same old same old. Then she will complain to Steve, Steve will say its ok/she has to stay there, Becky gets angry at Tracey...And again and again.

    So predictable

    Exactly Anonymous, its like groundhog day and Candy is really Kylie WHAT a surprise. Cant the writers really not do any better than this!

    Maybe Tracy can murder Kylie for us.

    I'm going against the grain here, cause I still like Becky. I'd like to see her in better storylines, without Tracy or Kylie, who both grate. Maybe Kylie & David could be entertaining, depending on what happens. I remember an interview with Kylie (& Gary) around Xmas, and she seemed to be enjoying getting into the character.

    Young new characters have to start somewhere. I remember when Roy first came onto the scene, Boy was he ever creepy, not fitting in at all. I sometimes wonder if viewers complain just cause everyone else does, and it's the thing to say.

    No Maggie people complain because they dont like the characters.

    This Kylie rubbish seems to be a rehash of Tina when she was first brought in as David's gobby girlfriend but they ended up painting her orange and having her squalk "Me Dad" at every opportunity. However, now she has become more rounded and settled for the time being with Graeme.

    Are we suppose to believe that David has no idea who Kylie is when they have previously drank together? Surely he's not that thick?
