Digital Spy have confirmed the rumour in The Sunday Mirror that Todd Grimshaw is set to return to the cobbles later this year for a short storyline. There's no word yet if he's just returning for the storyline or sticking around after.
Todd left in 2004 after he discovered Jason had slept with his ex, Sarah. He returned in 2007 for Jason and Sarah's wedding and made up with Sarah and the Platt family.
Well... maybe not Nick Tisley!
I liked Todd and am glad he is returning but I think Phil Collinson is introducing too many gay characters.
ReplyDeletePerhaps he's making up for the blatant lack of them in the past...
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I think this actor needs the work!
Prob goes off with marcus.
ReplyDeleteBruno Langley is currently touring in Calander Girls - just because an actor is not always on our tv screens, mister-tmg, doesn't mean they are not working.
ReplyDeleteIt will be interesting to see how Nunick reacts to Todd, as it would be hard to believe this version would be as threatened by Todd as the previous incarnation.
ReplyDeleteTodd might not actually fancy Nu-Nick, even if he recognises him!
ReplyDeleteGood point Dolly Tubb. I'm glad Todd's coming back, I like him.
ReplyDeleteI think the tabloids are over-exaggerating the reasons Collinson is bringing Todd back. After all, he's got family there, and a history. Why wouldn't he return even for a visit? I'm guessing his return may be combined with Marcus's.
ReplyDeleteI loved Todd so glad he is coming back!
ReplyDeleteYAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
ReplyDeleteI had the biggest crush on him when I was like 12 xD
Looking forward to Todd's return. He's one of the nicer young characters on Corrie. Never did jail time, beat anyone up or got addicted to anything (i.e., drugs, over-priced handbags, booze).
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping he says something like this to Nick: "I don't fancy you any more, Nick, you've changed, you're like a totally different person now"
