There's an entertaining interview with Brooke Vincent (Sophie Webster) and Sacha Parkinson (Sian Powers) in this week's New! magazine (dated 12th April - interview doesn't seem to be available online, as yet). Among other things, the two discuss being bezzie mates both on and off Coronation Street, and, of course, goes without saying, the topic of the forthcoming "lesbian kiss". Brooke reveals that there are "quite a few gay people working at Corrie", whom she spoke to about the storyline, and emphasizes that apart from her sexuality, nothing will be different about Sophie's character.
I cannot understand all the interviews these two are giving. The story is uninteresting and unbelievable and the constantly sour Sophie is awful, you would think they are Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz the way they are acting, Hmph.

ReplyDeleteRoys Roll i cannot disagree ith you anymore these two are beautiful girls and are very good actresses they allways bring a smile and broke allways smiles these two give the interviews they give because they enjoy their job and the story line is belivable and they have helped so many people come and not to be scared of hat pthers may think!
