I got to thinking about Graeme Proctor this morning. What I thought was, initially, why he would be hanging out with Kirk, who's a good 10 years older than him. Then it occurred to me, he's an old soul in a young body. Thus, I decided to write down my perceptions of the character and
you can read about it over here.
To be honest you wouldnt notice the difference in Kirk and Graeme's ages. I just wish they would do something with the character of Kirk, he just seems to be floundering around with no job, is he still living at Marias? Another spare part.
ReplyDeleteI think Kirk is a great character and works well with Graeme. Is he not due to get a girlfriend soon?
ReplyDeleteI think Graeme is. Dunno about Kirk.
ReplyDeleteCraig Gazey is nearer to 30 than 20 in real life, so I guess it makes some sense that he gets paired up with a character nearer to his age.
ReplyDeleteI don't think the age difference between Kirk and Graeme is relevant. I mean, they're both single guys in their 20's. Kirk is only 28, and Graeme is 20.
ReplyDeleteAren't Steve and Lloyd about the same amount apart in years? Steve in his 35 and Lloyd is 41 and they make the best of friends, not to mention a great double-act.
Also, Leanne and Carla are about 6 years apart, and Deirdre and Eileen are about 15 years apart (they are still mates, no?)
Anyway, sorry to beat that to death! I think Graeme is an old soul also, probably why he's so popular to us! I love how he always tries to get Norris' goat!
* correction Eileen and Deirdre are 6 years apart...typo? lol
ReplyDeleteWell, isn't Rita like 76?
