Jack, who plays David Platt in Coronation Street, went for a camp ballerina ensemble as he delighted guests at the fund-raiser for breast cancer charity the Genesis Appeal. The Manchester Evening News reports that the charity bash was called 'All The Stars Are Coming Out', and was held at Manchester's Radisson Edwardian Hotel on Sunday night.
