Frank Grimes is the actor who plays Barry Connor, Michelle Connor's dad on Coronation Street, and he's returning to Corrie soon.Frank's personal website says that he's returning to filming at Corrie this week - and that he's going to have a different on-screen wife. So, does this mean that mammy Connor has been replaced in Frank's affections by another lady or that she's simply being played by a different actress? And why's Barry coming back? I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Must be a new actress. I suppose the other one was unavailable. It's always jarring but unavoidable sometimes. Could they be coming back for the birth of Maria's baby? That's coming soon isn't it?
