I sometimes wonder how her character would have developed if Arthur Leslie had lived longer and Antiphonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03444067454866092399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830446634490957159.post-39845217933954625262017-02-23T14:39:50.503+00:002017-02-23T14:39:50.503+00:00Annie was my father's favourite female charact...Annie was my father's favourite female character. If only she could have had one final scene but alas it wasn't to be. She was a true classic.- MickyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830446634490957159.post-44570595370159900902015-01-02T20:29:18.271+00:002015-01-02T20:29:18.271+00:00My all-time favourite character, bar none. Wonderfully played by Doris Speed, she also had her softer and kinder side such as when she supported Hilda when Stan went missing in 1976 (locked down the Rovers cellar)Johnhttp://coronationstreet.wikia.com/wiki/Coronation_Street_Wikinoreply@blogger.com
