Mikey North: "My son thinks I'm Prince Harry"

There's a great interview with Mikey North, who plays Gary Windass, in this week's Inside Soap magazine.  It's one of those interviews where the actor answers questions which fans send in, so it's always an interesting read.

He says that off-screen he's really good mates with Daniel Brocklebank (Billy Mayhew) and reckons Gary needs a friend like Billy. Plus, he says, Dan loves a builder in tight jeans. "He'll really love this when he reads it...!" says Mikey.

He says his favourite member of the Platt family that he looks up to is Sue Nicholls, who plays Audrey Roberts. "She is my absolute hero in every way. She's very funny, very dry and has a great sense of humour. She is very nice to me."

Mikey's little boy is two-year-old Archie and he says "He sees Prince Harry on the telly and thinks that it's me!"

Mikey North seems like a nice guy, unfortunately I can't stand his character

Honestly, Mikey North is more handsome than Prince Harry and I don't even fancy gingers.
