Nigel will play the role of a crook who attempts to con cash from staff at the Solana hotel. It sounds as if it's not too different from the role he played on Corrie, and one he does very well indeed.
This is good news for fans of Benidorm. The news comes, however, after Benidorm actor Tim Healy has been written out of the show to recover from illness. He's one of my favourite actors and I wish him well and a speedy recovery. Tim Healy once played Sean Tully's dad in Coronation Street.
