Michelle Keegan has filmed her final scenes at Coronation Street in her role as Tina McIntyre.
Tina, as we know, will be killed off this summer in a whodunnit murder storyline.
Corrie crew members were tweeting this week that they'd been working on a night shoot, which looks likely to tie in with Tina's leaving storyline.

Nothing personal against Michelle Keegan but I suspect the majority of us will be happy to see the back of Teeenar.
We will be delighted to see her go. Tina the character and Michelle the person both seem to have changed beyond measure in recent years. The lovely, bright and clear-thinking girl adopted by Rita is a far cry from the permabrown tarty tart we have today. Let's just hope Michelle rediscovers her former naturallooks and goes on to more challenging roles. Ideally she should try stage work, though I fear she may soon be in the Jungle or the BBH!
Despite the thrill expressed by the recent hires brought in to the cast, I suspect a job with Corrie is rapidly losing its lustre either as beginning or breakout job or an interesting actng challenge for more experienced thespians wanting either a challenge or a change from their usual repertoire. What a pity things have slid so low for this show. I'm at the end of my rope and only watching these days with one-quarter attention span and finger on the fast forward button. The other reason I don't completely abandon the show is the opportunity to read the viewer comments on this forum as well as the others.
Quarter Eyes from Canada
Quarter Eyes from Canada; I totally agree with you.
I don't wish to insult those who love reality shows, but somehow, I blame their popularity among the masses for the extreme and unlikeable changes in Coronation Street.
They generally bring out the worst traits in people, both participants and viewers, and to market to a popular viewing audience you have to model the soaps on them.
They did the same with Becky. She was totally ruined and we were sick to death of her by the end.
CG and MK don't look comfortable in their scenes. MK said she wasn't happy with the way her character was going but the producer brought her into his office and explained it all to her. Maybe, but more likely SB said: 'This is a job and this is how you're doing it.'
YEA!!!! Don't let the door hit you on the way out!
Good riddance.
I will be glad to see the back end of her. No pun intended. I began to despise her character when she wanted to keep the other couples baby and it got worse with the Peter affair.
iampittsie,I agree with your comments and I think Rita supporting Tina's decision to keep Jake ruined her too. That being said,I began despising Tina earlier than that when she falsely accused her stepmother Gail of 'murdering her father gleefully watching Gail get arrested for a crime she knew Gail didn't commit.I think it was at the time too that Rita 'adopted' her.
