The brilliance of these characters is that you'd love to see them but you know it would be a terrible anti-climax if you did. It's not like wanting to meet Sinead's mum so we can get more back story. These invisible characters are part of Corrie magic and I wouldn't want to spoil that for anything. So the answer is: none of them.
Fat Brenda could never live up to her billing now. She's like Maris in Frasier.
Remember that EastEnders made the mistake of bringing Mr Opadopalus into the show once; he wasn't funny and all those gags about him suddenly had a human face. Joke: ruined.
I agree with Humpty. None of them.

I've never heard of any of those characters except Brenda.
