Bill is set to return to Corrie with Auntie Pam in September, according to The Mirror. The couple's reason for being off screen will be that they have been travelling, and have now returned to marry. Although Pam will apparently ban Kevin from the wedding, which causes Bill to suffer a heart attack.
I'm looking forward to the pair returning, it was a bad decision to axe them in the first place, with Auntie Pam returning, we will have another link back to Molly.

I like Bill. I like Pam. I like Bill and Pam. Mazel tov on the nuptials. I hope the writers come up with something a bit more clever then a fatal wedding day heart attack.
Didn't Fred Elliot die of a heart attack on his wedding day? Pete and repeat..I say..Pete and repeat.
Yeah, so it likely won't be fatal.
Wait... what's happening? Have we now seen the last of Bill until September? Or does he appear again for a few eps soon, then vanishes until September?!
So many questions...! They've treated Bill Webster so badly over the last year or so. :(
And don't get me started on the underused Dennis. He's been back very close to three months and has only had the odd scene here and there. Give 'im a juicy story! :)
Sounds like this will only be a temporary return. Either Bill will die, or they will marry and move away permanently. At least we should get an on-screen exit - an improvement on them simply vanishing off our screens as if they never existed.
So is this intended to be their farewell hurrah, or have the powers that be had a rethink and decided to reinstate their occasionally recurring status, I wonder?
Hm I dont like the sound of Bill returning just to croak. But to be honest Bill hasnt been in it for such a long time I dont really care if he comes back or not. If Pam were going to ban Kev from his own Dad's wedding then why come back at all, may as well get married anywhere rather than Weatherfield.
Yes, in view of the fact that it was announced Bill had been axed, sounds like it COULD be fatal! Or how reliable was that axing story?
I've always liked Bill & Pam. Let them live on and stay on the show!
Is it worth it...same old same old zzzz
Why do the writers have similar scripts to other Corrie episodes or even to other soaps. I too think that the writers could have done something much better than allowing Bill to have a heart attack. Also I think that these two should never have been axed just like Ashley and his family. Corrie is just not the same when they take away the original cast and replace them with new one's all of the time.
I just hope they don't kill off Bill, as I think he is quite a character at times especially where Kevin and Sally and the girls are. They could easily find something really interesting for him to act as he has been on our screens for a long time, and I will be really annoyed with the writers should he die from a heart attack. What about him opening up a new builders and Owen is not too happy? What about rumours that Bill is flirting with somebody when he is not? There's plenty of storylines that could be cast for Bill if they will allow it!
Bill Webster is the rubber band character of the street. In in 84 off in 85, back in 95 off in 97 back in 2005 and now what? Pity the rest of Kevins family never turn up. Where is Debbie? Living in a commune in Southampton? Carl, the brother that Kevin has never even seen is still in Germany. Bill married Maureen off screen and this wedding was never even acknowledged until his return a few years ago. Sally's family is as bad. Where is her sister Gina? The webster family could have a new lease of life if they did more than send a christmas card to their long lost relatives. Wouldn't it be great if one of them heard about Kevs lottery win?!- Micky
Just checked up what is happening to Corrie this week using my Sky box, and everything that is written about Corrie on the planner is about Becky this, Becky that. No wonder I am sick of seeing her please, hurry and get rid of her then somebody else's name might start to appear inplace on my Sky planner.
The sooner Bill Webster and Aunty Pam return the better it might be for me as I am sick of hearing about Becky, and hopefully, these two might stop Becky from stealing the soap. the writers seem to revolve around Becky during every episode and I am so bored with it. I certainly don't know why she has to be the 'centre point' as she makes me feel like switching Corrie off and watching something else.
Just watched the first half of Corrie the other at 8.30pm. It showed Roy and Hayley which I was just enjoying when suddenly URGH! Beckt came on the scene! I wish they would stop showing as much of her as her time is really over. Apart from that, I would have enjoyed watching this episode, but the camera is wobbling around in all directions. This is so annoying and frustrating, and upsetting the viewing of my favourite soap.
