Deirdre and Tracy in happier times

Found this photo of Coronation Street's Deirdre and Tracy, before:

a) either of them had been "inside"
b) Tracy got Samir's kidney
c) Deirdre had her perm

Wonder what became of the little girl who played young Tracy?
